CEO & Analytical Lab Director
Forrest Richmond launched Twin Arbor Analytical with a vision to bring clarity, accuracy, and high-quality testing to the nutritional and supplement industry. With dual B.S. degrees in Soil Science and Chemistry from Cal Poly and early-career experience in materials and soil chemistry, Forrest blends scientific expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Since founding the lab, he has guided its growth, expanded service capabilities, and built a team focused on delivering reliable, regulatory-aligned analytical results. Forrest’s leadership centers on integrity, innovation, and supporting clients with data they can trust.

Shawn Richmond
Founder & Director of Microbiology
Shawn leads the microbiology program at Twin Arbor Labs with a clear mission: to safeguard product quality and consumer well-being. She champions best practices by ensuring the use of the most up-to-date published test methods available to guarantee product safety and quality.
Under Shawn’s leadership, the laboratory provides accurate, timely, and reliable results that help manufacturers ensure regulatory compliance, prevent recalls, and maintain consumer trust.
Dr. Chris Gray
COO & Quality Control Director
Dr. Chris Gray brings a passion for science, technology, and business to Twin Arbor Labs. A natural entrepreneur, he has a history of working with complex scientific questions and a background in business analytics. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Colorado Boulder and continued his research as an NRC fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. His multidisciplinary knowledge and interests are key to driving innovation and quality at Twin Arbor Labs.

Stailee Seubert
Director of Marketing & Client Experience
Stailee oversees our media presence, client outreach, and account management. With a background in hospitality and a foundational education in biology & chemistry, she has a knack for this industry.
Since joining the team, Stailee’s proactive leadership and “do-it-all” mindset have driven continuous growth. As a natural problem solver, she quickly transitioned into a core leadership position, consistently going above and beyond to elevate company and client success. Beyond leading account management, she has taken on project management for stability studies, guides our marketing direction, and takes pride in mentoring team members to reach their full potential.
Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Stailee is dedicated to translating visions that elevate our brand, strengthen client relationships, and move the company forward.
Kayla Thompson
Account Manager & Administrative Assistant
Kayla serves as both an Administrative Assistant and Account Manager at Twin Arbor Labs. As a Central Coast native, she has always felt a deep connection to local industries and the surrounding community. Earning her Chemistry degree from Cal Poly SLO allows her to bridge a strong scientific background with real-world testing—giving clients clear answers and a dedicated partner who understands their data inside and out.
In her dual role, Kayla wears two essential hats to keep operations running seamlessly. As an Administrative Assistant, she manages daily office workflows, coordinates sample submissions, and ensures administrative processes stay organized and efficient. As an Account Manager, she works directly with clients to identify the best testing solutions for their specific needs, guiding their projects smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of the office, Kayla can typically be found enjoying the Central Coast—whether spending time at the beach or exploring the local area.
