Hemp, CBD and Related Product Testing
Hemp and CBD should be treated as the quality products they are.
We at Twin Arbor Labs understand the challenges of growing or manufacturing a consistent and safe product. We believe that the knowledge gained through experience working with other industries and applied to the hemp and CBD industry, allow us to provide a unique and superior service to our hemp clients. Our goal is to help you create a safe product by giving you access to the tools required to achieve the quality products the consumer desires. We offer typical compliance testing packages to get your product to market, as well as services to help you solve quality control or manufacturing problems you may be experiencing.
With California AB-45 being signed into law on October 6, 2021, California now has the framework in place to allow hemp derived products, such as CBD, to be used in the cosmetic and food industry. As one of the first laboratories to be approved by the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) Industrial Hemp Program, we are already ideally situated to help you navigate the new regulations and ensure your product or import receives the cannabinoid (potency) and contaminant testing required by the state.
Twin Arbor Labs has fully validated testing methods for the hemp industry specifically designed to be in line with the California Department of Cannabis Control regulations. These include microbial contamination, pesticides, mycotoxins, heavy metals, residual solvents, cannabinoid profile and terpene profile.
Achieving batch-to-batch consistency can be difficult when your ingredients and supply chain are not consistent. Our experience learned while working closely with clients from all points of the supply chain gives us the ability to compile and share information to help you create a consistent outcome.
Twin Arbor Labs are an approved CDFA Hemp Testing Laboratory, meet the USDA standard for industrial hemp testing lab and can certify your crop as industrial hemp. We use quality assurance oversight and adhere to the ISO 17025:2017 Standard as well as participate in proficiency testing programs.
