With California AB-45 being signed into law on October 6, 2021, California now has the framework in place to allow hemp derived products, such as CBD, to be used in the cosmetic and food industry. As one of the first laboratories to be approved by the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) Industrial Hemp Program, we are already ideally situated to help you navigate the new regulations and ensure your product or import receives the cannabinoid (potency) and contaminant testing required by the state.

Twin Arbor Labs has fully validated testing methods for the hemp industry specifically designed to be in line with the California Department of Cannabis Control regulations. These include microbial contamination, pesticides, mycotoxins, heavy metals, residual solvents, cannabinoid profile and terpene profile.
